International Shipping (Incoterms)

For all shipments outside the European Union (EU), we operate under the Incoterm: Ex Works (EXW). This means the buyer is responsible for transport and customs clearance from our facility.

Delivery Times & Schedule

We strive for the timely delivery of your components. Our standard delivery schedule is as follows:

• Days: Monday through Saturday.

• Hours: Between 08:00 and 18:00.

• Exceptions: Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

  Note: During peak periods, such as summer holidays or the festive season, delivery times for your order may be slightly longer than usual.

Reliable Domestic Shipping via DHL

For all deliveries within the Netherlands, we partner with professional courier services from DHL. Because the couriers determine their own efficient driving routes, we cannot influence the exact time of delivery at your address.
