Return Policy Translation

"You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation in value on to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@detransformatorspecialist.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are custom-made products created specifically for you.
